The doors and hardware package for Council Bluffs Senior Living has been an extreme challenge. I am sure Randy wants to hide when he sees me coming with another question – the fourth or fifth question – about the same door opening. Randy has been the consummate professional. His knowledge and expertise put him in a class without equals. Randy’s efforts are appreciated.

I just reviewed the punch list. There are very few trim carpentry, door, or hardware items. The overall quality of the job is excellent. A 195,000 SF building has many nooks and crannies. The trim work in those areas is as good as the main entry. The owners have noted the quality of the work.

One thing I don’t see with Contour is guys standing around talking or texting. When I walk the project Contour’s craftsmen are working diligently. Their demeanor is clean, professional, and knowledgeable.  The same applies to work with Cory and Tim. There have been many change orders on this project. Working with Cory and Tim we were able to solve problems effectively and with reasonable costs.

Contour has been a home run.
