Safety
Safety Is Our Top Priority For Every Project Large Or Small

Our Safety Program
Safety is built into every stage of our work, from pre-job planning through final completion. Each project is reviewed to identify jobsite hazards, confirm the right equipment and PPE requirements, and make sure crews understand the conditions, scope, and expectations before work begins.
Contour supports ongoing safety training through OSHA 10- and 30-hour training opportunities, toolbox talks, and regular site meetings focused on current jobsite conditions and industry-relevant safety topics.
Site-Specific Safety Planning
No two jobsites are the same, which is why every project is evaluated for its own risks and requirements. Before work starts, we review site conditions, access, coordination needs, and task-specific hazards so the proper safety measures are in place for the work being performed.
This planning helps our crews work safely and efficiently while supporting better coordination with project partners and overall jobsite performance.
Stop-Work Authority and Accountability
All Contour employees are expected to perform their work safely and to stop work immediately if they encounter an unsafe condition. Work does not continue until the issue has been addressed and the area is safe to proceed.
This expectation reinforces accountability in the field and supports a culture where employees are empowered to identify hazards, speak up, and take corrective action without delay.
Commitment to Safety in Carpentry Services
At Contour Construction, we prioritize safety in all carpentry tasks. Our team includes experienced finish carpentry contractors who follow strict safety protocols during every phase of the project. Whether it’s framing, trim work, or custom installations, we ensure that safety measures are implemented consistently to protect workers and clients alike. Our goal is to create a safe environment while delivering quality craftsmanship.
