Accessories and Specialties
Accessory installation is often the last scope in and the first one blamed for delays. We coordinate directly with the project team to sequence our work within the closeout timeline and finish clean. We install all types of washroom accessories including towel dispensers, waste receptacles, toilet partitions, grab bars, and mirrors. Our specialty installation scope covers fire extinguisher cabinets, corner guards, wall protection, visual display boards, baby changing stations, lockers, athletic equipment, and associated specialty items.

Doors, Frames, & Hardware
Door and hardware installation touches every trade on the project. We read the hardware sets, coordinate with the door supplier, and flag specification conflicts before they become field problems. Our team installs all types of metal frames, wood frames, hollow metal and wood doors, and pocket doors. Hardware scope includes locksets, closers, exit devices, electronic locks, and associated items. Accurate measurements, proper sequencing, and clean installation are standard on every job.
