Residence at the Mercantile

The Residence at the Mercantile project is a new 379-unit apartment complex at tenth and Farnam in downtown Omaha. The apartment building is seven stories tall with a parking garage that the building wraps around. The main level of the building consists of a leasing office, mailroom, club room, library, offices, private dining, golf simulator, and core and shell areas for future businesses to move into. On the upper floors, there are studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The outdoor area offers a pool, lounging area, fire pit, bar and grill area, and pergolas.

Contour was responsible for installing pre-hung doors, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, bath accessories, wood trims, and door hardware in the units and hallways. At the main level, we installed wood paneling, casework, wood trims, Hope doors and frames, laser screen walls, and bath accessories.
