What does it take? It takes individuals who have a passion for what they do, also have an understanding of what they are doing. It takes many levels of planning, leadership, and development. At Contour we have been able to complete many beautiful projects time and time again.
It all starts with our carpenters and leads in the field. These talented individuals are able to perform a task and meet strenuous deadlines. At times our on-site duties may be repetitive, other times our duties can be challenging and strenuous as you can see from our project section of the website.
To plan for these manpower challenges we have a single person that works with project managers to get people and material to the site on time. Our group of project managers compiles information, changes, and request from the General contractors on the daily. Our office managers are able to keep us moving with large amounts of paperwork along with providing direction to employees.

These are all important pieces that keep us moving forward and completing projects on a larger scale. From large projects like schools, churches, and hotels, to small buildouts for small business.
